Fanling Schoolchildren Visit The Hong Kong Golf Club

Around 30 students from S.K.H Wing Chun Primary School in Fanling, who are part of the Hong Kong Golf Association's HSBC Golf For Schools programme, were given their first course experience with a visit to the nearby Hong Kong Golf Club on 7 July.

HONG KONG, 8 Jul 2015, (HK Golfer News Wire) - The children enjoyed an hour at the club's driving range and putting green, where they swapped their ShortGolf equipment, which they had been using at school to practice, for real golf clubs and balls.

HKGA instructors were on hand to not only offer swing tips but also explained golf etiquette and safe golfing practice.

On completion of the event, the students were presented with their ShortGolf certificates.
