“It’s been a memorable experience, and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to build on the achievements HK golf had made over the previous decade. I’d like to thank the Hong Kong Golf Association coaching team, the J/I Chairmen I have worked under, and of course, the HKGA office for all its work behind the scenes to make it all happen. The future is bright for Hong Kong golf with many talented, motivated youngsters, and with the right strategy, future success is all but guaranteed,” said the former Golf Development Director.
Yoshihiro Nishi, President of the HKGA, thanks Wallett for his commitments to the players during his term, “Jon has taken some of our players to a higher level, and the WAGR rankings can prove that over the years. He travelled with players from tournament to tournament, and that is not easy. We wish Jon all the best in his future coaching.”
