HONG KONG, 1 Apr 2016, (HK Golfer News Wire) - The in-form D'Souza, who turns 18 next month, closed with a solid two-under-par 68 over the scenic clifftop layout for a three-round total of 207 to claim the title for the second successive year.  Kevin Wu Sho-wai earned second spot on 214, with Taichi Kho taking third place, a further shot adrift.

"I'm very happy with my week's work," said D'Souza, who won the boys' under-18 division at the Faldo Series Asia Grand Final earlier in the month.  "Knowing this was my last tournament [as a junior] I wanted to finish on a high, and I was able to do that.

"The goal now is to just play more events and climb up the World Amateur Golf Ranking before going to university next year."

It was a closer affair in the girls' division, which saw Hu Jing finish at the top of the standings with her level-par total of 210, three strokes ahead of Vivian Lee Kai-wing in second.  Estee Vivian Leung and Selina Li Yuen-yuet tied for third, another seven shots off the pace.

In addition to taking home the championship silverware, D'Souza was one of 10 players to receive division honours for the 2015 HSBC Junior Order of Merit.
