The MercedesTrophy Hong Kong 2015 will be played on Friday 26 June at a venue to be announced. The Road to the MercedesTrophy Hong Kong 2015 means that the leading competitors from each of four HKGA tournaments will qualify: the HKGA Spring Men’s Tournament at Clearwater Bay Golf and Country Club on March 2; the HKGA Spring Ladies’ Tournament on March 3, also at Clearwater Bay; the Hong Kong Seniors’ Close Championship at Discovery Bay Golf Club on May 6-8; and the HKGA Mid-Summer Classic Tournament at Hong Kong Golf Club on June 15-16.
Seven winners from the MercedesTrophy Hong Kong will then advance to the MercedesTrophy Asian Final on Australia’s Gold Coast in August. From there, the leading Hong Kong player, if he or she is an owner of a Mercedes-Benz vehicle, will be invited to the MercedesTrophy World Final in Germany in October.
