Engineered for Perfection

A look at the new collection from BALL - the BALL for BMW TimeTrekker

The unidirectional rotating bezel is also a guarantee of security that prevents an unintentional manipulation from accidentally prolonging the duration of a time period. A pioneering BALL Watch technology for the treatment of ceramic allows the numerals and the graduation of the bezel to be coated with a powerful luminescent paint. The ceramic also gives the bezel exceptional resistance to corrosion, scratches and UV rays.

14 micro tubes of H3 gas have been placed on the dial and hands. This luminosity technology requires no external energy source and is up to 100 times brighter than the luminescent paint normally used in watches.

The design of car dashboard counters can be found on the dial of the watch, as well as other subtle touches of textures and finishes. The grooved crown is easy to turn and strongly recalls the control buttons found inside cars. This model brings together hour, minute, second, day and date indications. The day and date are aligned with the BMW logo in a nod to the graphic identity of the famous German brand.

Like all models in the BALL for BMW collection, it is fitted with the Amortiser® shock absorber system, which means the watch can be worn when playing sports such as golf. Its Swiss movement is COSC certified (Official Swiss Chronometer Control), testifying to the precision and reliability of this mechanical watch. The watch can be mounted on a steel bracelet or a rubber strap. It is available with a black or blue dial.
