HKGA and GreenLive Go Indoors to Grow Golf in Hong Kong

The Hong Kong Golf Association (HKGA) has announced a partnership with GreenLive Holdings (HK) Limited that will focus on world-class indoor golf as a way to help grow the game in Hong Kong.

GreenLive’s appointment as an Official Supplier to the HKGA will give Hong Kong golfers of all ages and abilities the opportunity to enjoy GreenLive’s indoor facilities in Lai Chi Kok, the MegaBox in Kowloon Bay and Hong Kong International Airport. HKGA cardholders and squad members will all receive special discounted rates for play and practice.

Established in Hong Kong in 2014, GreenLive Holdings (HK) Limited has created a unique indoor concept that places GOLFZON simulators with world-class information technology in a safe and stimulating environment with an emphasis on fun. With four facilities already open and 50 simulators in operation, more GreenLive facilities are planned across Hong Kong in the near future.

Steve Ngu, Chief Executive Officer of GreenLive Holdings (HK) Limited commented: “We share the same vision as the Hong Kong Golf Association and that is to rock the golf industry in Hong Kong!  As GOLFZON has already proved through the huge success of its simulators and golf lounges in other countries, indoor golf is a hugely attractive pastime for golfers of all ages and abilities, rain or shine.”

Mark Chan, President of the HKGA added: “We are really excited to team up with GreenLive. We believe indoor golf has huge potential in Hong Kong as an extension to our existing golf courses and driving ranges. For the HKGA it is about creating more access to the game and getting more golfers into the sport and GreenLive delivers that with drive and passion.”
